The rules are kept short, so that they are a quick read. Most of them are common sense, but a few are specific or offer valuable information regarding SMF and modifications. Hover over underlined words, should you be unsure of what it means.

The forum is meant to be player-driven, laid-back and geared toward fun. Should an issue arise, do not be afraid to contact any of the administration team.

• Register a parent account, this may be any non-offensive name.
• Register one sub-account per character, with their full name in proper capitalization.
• As rating oblige, you must be at least 18 to register.
• There is no activity check. Your account will never be deleted.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Create a balanced characters, with flaws and weaknesses. No "Sue" will be accepted.
• Characters may be of any gender and orientation.
• Due to the closed off nature of the country, ethnicity other than white and black and native American should be minimal.

• No godmodding.
• No metagaming.
• No powerplaying .
• Post should be written at the third person.
• Time is fluid. You may involve your character in more than one thread, but be sure that there is no time paradox.
• Use the proper message icon for open threads (green), mature threads (purple), or closed threads (Red).
• Given the nature of the site, should your partner ask for a divorce after 3 weeks of silence, it will be granted.
• Blame of the divorce will be on the requesting character. No death of the partner accepted.
• Children are NPC'ed and should never be involved in sexual activities.

• You may include NPC's in your post.
• Color NPC speech using the bbc tags [npc] [/npc]
• Children are NPC until they reach 18 years old, at which point they become playable if desired.
  
• Should a full post be only a NPC, use your OOC account.
• Should the use of a specific adult NPC become too reccurent, you may be requested to make a character sheet for them to become full characters.

• Face claim of celebrities only (People willingly putting themselves in the public eye).
• Avatar is 150px wide by 200px high.
• Signature should not contain offensive material.
• Signature should be no bigger than 650px wide by 300px high.
• potentially offensive images in post should be hidden in spoilers.
• Signatures may be hosted here, through the gallery ( , in the menu) to avoid hosting glitches. Copyright remains yours.
• Images posted that are against the rules will be removed and a warning will be issued.
